How do I register? You can register your details and telephone number(s) by clicking HERE. Once you have completed the registration you will be able to benefit immediately from our amazing rates.
Unfortunately it is only possible to register via the website. We endeavour to keep our costs as low as possible so we can continue to offer the best possible rates. For this reason we have chosen not to have an expensive call centre.
If you are calling from a mobile using the 020 number you may also be charged for the 020 call by your mobile provider. 020 calls may come out your inclusive free minutes or your mobile operator may charge separately for calls to 020 numbers depending on your operator and tariff plan; please check with your mobile operator for correct rates.
How will my calls be invoiced? You can view your itemised VAT invoice online at any time by clicking here and logging into your account. Once logged in click the link "Your online itemised invoice" to go to your statement page where you will find all your invoices listed. By clicking on 'specification' you can see an itemised list of all the calls you have made.
All detailed call records will appear in approximately one hour after you have made a call, therefore you can keep a close eye on your spending. Payment will usually be debited from your credit or debit card on a monthly basis.
You can view your invoices online up to 1 year after the invoice date, invoices older than 1 year can no longer be viewed or emailed, therefore please ensure you print or copy invoices to your PC before they expire.
Please note online changes may take up to an hour to be processed and may not show immediately on your account. Please be patient and check your account in an hour to see if the changes have been processed.
Should your account be blocked as a result of failed payments you cannot change your payment details until the block has been removed due to security reasons.
How do I register another telephone number? Go to Customer Login where you can add additional telephone numbers to your account.
Please do be careful adding generic company, university and shared accommodation telephone numbers to your account as anyone with access to the shared telephone system will be able to use 18866 through your account.
How do I unsubscribe? You can unsubscribe online. Just login to your account by clicking here and delete your telephone number(s) from your account. Please be aware that once you have unsubscribed you will no longer be able to access your account online, it is therefore advisable to first print your invoices for future reference. Please note online changes in telephone numbers may take up to an hour to be processed and the change may not show immediately on your account. Please be patient and check your account in an hour to see if the changes have been processed.
